POSITION FRONT DESK OFFICER
LAWHILL is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, Business Administration, or Office Management. Legal knowledge is an added advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminologies, documentation, and basic court procedures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in both English and Swahili.
- Soft Skills: A high level of professionalism, strict confidentiality (discretion), and superior organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and taking care all the guests and customers of the Firm with courtesy and passion.
- To receive, maintain and channel to respective person all court pleadings, correspondences and such other documents brought to the attention of the Firm.
- To schedule meetings, make, answer and direct phone calls intended for any person of and at the Firm.
- To effectively operate all machines and equipment’s in relation to the registry and secretarial functions.
- To process documents for archiving and disposal subject to Firm’s policies and procedures.
- To undertake such other duties as may be assigned or allocated to you in the course of Employment relationship with the Firm.
