CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION AND

SUPPLY OF VARIOUS GOODS TO LAWHILL & CO. ADVOCATES

Lawhill & Co. Advocates is a fully fledged Tax and Corporate Law Firm based in Dar es Salaam, the Tanzania’s commercial city. The Firm has been established to cater for the acute needs of the corporate clients in the private sector, international organizations. The Firm offers consultancy and advisory services to the public sector on a wide range of policy and legal issues. The Firm is comprised of reputable and highly experienced tax and corporate attorneys with vast experiences in their areas of specialization. Supply of general stationeries and Lawhill branded envelopes, stickers, fliers and other branding materials.

 

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

 

  1. The supplier may be an individual or entity with a business establishment;

 

  1. The supplier must be in possession of a valid Business Licence and Taxpayer Identification Number. Value Added Tax Registration Number is not mandatory for those who have not met the VAT registration threshold;

 

  1. The supplier must have the financial and technical capability to provide goods as per the requirements. Terms of payments are upon delivery of the acceptable goods. No advances shall be provided; and

 

  1. The supplier should have a good track-record in meeting the tender requirements.

 

Interested suppliers are encouraged to submit their applications physically by 2:00pm on Wednesday 24th November 2021. The applications should be accompanied with: -

 

  1. Quotes in Sealed Envelope together with the supplier’s Profile. On top of the envelope, mention the category number of the goods bidding for; and

 

  1. Samples of the goods to be provided in Lawhill’s logo in one or all of the Firm’s brand colours.

Pre-qualified bidders shall be invited to discuss the Firm’s specific requirements to be accommodated in the products/goods. Successful bidders will be contacted by 26th November 2021 and shall be required to deliver within two (2) weeks.
