Bedda is an Associate at Lawhill & Co. Advocates providing services to clients on a variety of laws such as Tax Law and Investment; Banking and Finance and Commercial and Corporate Law. He joined the Firm in May, 2020 and is eagerly adopting to the Firm’s culture and standards of service. He works under the direct mentorship and supervision of the Firm’s Partners to ensure his products are adequately researched. As a practicing advocate Bedda has a more than two years’ experience in active practice and during that period he has handled an array of litigation assignments. He has been representing clients in different courts and tribunals in Tanzania.
In 2013, Bedda successfully graduated, from the University of Dar es Salaam and was awarded a Bachelor of Laws Degree with honours (LL.B. (Hons)). Bedda had also successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania that made him qualified to be admitted to the Bar. Bedda’s areas of interests are on Tax Law, Banking and Finance Law, International Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Fiscal laws, Property Law, Procedural Law i.e. Criminal Procedure Law, Law of Civil Procedure and the Law of Evidence.
