Butogwa Eliezer Mbuki is an Associate at Lawhill & Co. Advocates providing advisory services to our clients and acts as the Firm’s researcher. She is a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law with a Bachelor Degree in Law with Honors (LL.B. (Hons)) and Master of Laws in Taxation with Honors (LL.M. in Taxation (Hons)) from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is also a graduate from the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania and practicing as an Advocate of the High Court and all subordinate courts. Butogwa’s areas of interest and expertise are Taxation, Intellectual Property Law, Insurance Law, Banking Law, Social Security Law and Business Association Law. She assists in legal research, drafting of various documentations, legal advice as well as Court representation.
