Mariam is a Legal Counsel at Lawhill & Co. Advocates providing both advisory and representative services to clients. Being one efficient, transparent, reliable, open-minded and hardworking Advocate, Mariam joined the Firm in March 2021 from C.E.R.W and Co. Advocates where she had been working since her admission to the Bar in July 2020. At Lawhill, Mariam as a Legal Counsel works under the Corporate and Litigation Department assuming both key responsibilities and commitment in ensuring maintenance of the firm’s status by upholding its mission and vision.
Mariam holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B), 2017 from the University of Dodoma and has successfully completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania and got admitted to the Bar. With her devotion and desire to be a good attorney, Mariam has managed to be very good in Procedural Laws.
Mariam’s areas of interest in law are general Commercial and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Tax law, and Oil and Gas. However, as a young lawyer in the good practice, Mariam handles all matters despite being out of her areas of interest.
